Half-rack and whole racks of ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, and barbecue chicken will be sold by "ribbers" and area restaurants. You will be able to sample some of the best ribs and barbecue that the Lakes Region has to offer. Those attending will be able to vote for the "Best Ribs" from the rib vendors, so try them all!
