- Tents with lights will be set-up in case of rain or to provide shade from the sun. Chairs, benches, and tables will be available to sit and enjoy your food and/or listen to great music. Indoor seating also available. Lavatories located inside main lodge building.
- The entertainment stage will be state-of-the-art with lighting and sound. The stage is covered in case of rain.
- The grounds are secure with fencing and a single point of entry.
- A service road provides easy access for vendors.
- Electricity, water and waste removal are provided to all vendors.
- Parking available for 2500 vehicles.
